In accordance with the terms of the Act to modernize legislative provisions as regards the protection of personal information (commonly referred to as "Bill 25"), we confirm your consent to the use by the Alzheimer Society Canada of the personal information it holds about you in order to inform you of our events, solicit you for a financial or volunteer contribution to our cause, inform you of our developments, thank you or recognize your contribution.
